Here’s a great example of why we need tree ordinances and people who are advocates for trees.
With all of the under utilized and unoccupied real estate in Florida (and the rest of the world as well come to think of it), do we really need to put another high-rise developement on the site of a state champion tree?
The world needs more trees, not more empty condos & office space.
Why do the architect and his ‘arborist’ think it’s a good idea to even attempt moving this tree (other than cash flow, of course) 6 figures to relocate a tree with a poor chance of survival? Really?!
